न कर्मणामनारम्भान्नैष्कर्म्य पुरुषोऽश्न‍ुते ।

न च सन्न्यसनादेव सिद्धिं समधिगच्छति ॥ ४ ॥

“Simply by not working, can one follow naishkarma, nor can one attain perfection of life by renouncing all work in Sannyas.” This is a factual statement by Bhagavan Krishna in fourth verse of chapter three of Bhagavad Gita. There is no book in the world that speaks of wisdom that can even come close to even a word mentioned in Bhagavad Gita. Even after studying Bhagavad Gita for years, I am just awestruck to see the wisdom in every single letter of the words spoken by Bhagavan Krishna. May my love for Him keeps increasing every moment of my life.

In this shloka, Bhagvan destroys the lethargy and obstinacy of human mankind who has developed a habit of tolerating laziness as God’s will.

The God business has actually promoted colonialism as is evident in most people ruled by European elites in the name of God. Our actions decide the future destination and the freedom of choosing those actions also is an action which is our right. That’s the only right that we possess. When the modern political ideologies create hinderances in those paths then anarchy rules. The politically induced faulty premises of obstructing people’s will through media & government agencies have created narratives that have become a hinderance in the path of free will of people. When this free will is hindered then revolutions happen which are often violent. No work is a forced condition on a human. However, Naishkarma is a chosen path just like homelessness is a chosen path because of government policies and lack of will power because of faulty religious philosophies and also because of overwhelming weight of social acceptance criterion. Nishkaam or work without results and Naishkarma are the same.

The philosophy of result oriented work is both desired as well as unwanted imposition on the humans.

No human would like to be forced to deliver results all the time and at the same time no human would ever want to be labeled as a failure in work. Working as a duty is also laborious for everyone because it creates a disaffected mindset of work which can burn a person in the long run. The Abrahamism based ideology doesn’t recognize the free will in work. They provide an institutional framework in which an individual becomes a slave of the organization and is often disrespected by the institutional framework. The Abrahamism based propaganda has destroyed the freewill of man as well as woman while usurping the rights of animals, insects, birds, aquatics and even plants.

Ishwar has given this earth to every living species to burn their karma and no one has any right to obstruct that karma. ‘

There are four broad classification of species as per the process of birth – born from seed, born of sweat, born from womb and born through eggs. All of these classifications are called Praja in Sanskrit. This earth is a collective place of living for all of these forms of life. No human through any act has a right to obstruct the free will of other forms of life. However, not only do current ideologues have created false narratives to undermine the rights of other species to live but also promoted the bad habit of laziness by encouraging people to not work. Bhagavad Gita prohibits such actions by ideologues as well as systemic false narratives. By incentivizing & encouraging  people to not work we are acting against the inherent nature of human species. Bhagavad Gita advises humans to work for Yoga or unison with Ishwar. Bhagavad Gita also dissuades people to whimsically renounce work as a means to gain freedom from the entanglements of karma.

Yagya is also a karma, a sannyasi is encouraged to perform acts of yagya because that is called Yoga.

Yoga is the art of doing work. To create a healthy society, work is the means if it is used in conjunction with Yoga. In western societies Yoga has been the most misunderstood concept because of rampant commercialization through various Yoga alliances.

No one becomes a yogi or a yoga teacher just because that person is paying a fees to an association.

Bhagavad Gita  advises us to work as per the principles of Yoga. it advises us to work for the purpose of performing yagya. Yagya doesn’t mean sacrifice. Yagya actually refers to Yoga as per the rules of sanskrit grammar. No one has attained the perfection of life by not working in the mood of Yoga. Yoga doesn’t mean laziness or escapism. A true Yogi is the most conscientious & productive worker. A true Yogi is the most scientific, logical, rational, thoughtful, honest, intelligent, truthful, sincere, competent, reliable and dependable worker.
