Mental health is a burning issue for most societies in the world. Here’s what you can do to maintain a healthy mind and spirit.
- Join the real Yoga group which focuses on your soul’s purpose, rather than a group that teaches series of postures or Asana.
- Be spiritual, rather than material. Let your biggest source of inspiration come from spirituality.
- Don’t be shy to embrace spirituality based on Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras. Spirituality doesn’t exist outside of these books.
- Just like everything else in life, you need a guide to help you in your spiritual growth.
- Mental stress is the outcome of a fatigued body and old mindsets.
- Change your lifestyle to cope with a boring life. Embrace a challenge that goes with your soul’s desire from the core of you. Make that a habit and stick to it.
- Old mindset can be easily changed by listening to traditional wisdom of the land that you live in. Dogmatism creates old mindsets, spirituality creates new. Remember that !
- Don’t live your life to the fullest. Leave something to explore. People who live life to their fullest also fall at the first small bump.
- Do not join hobby clubs and community groups. Rather focus on self exploration in solitude. A human is not a social animal.
- Understand that the real purpose of human life is not taught by anyone in our education system or even in popular social media groups.
The sole purpose of any soul is to seek permanent happiness.
Our society complicates that powerful need through various options for bodily and mental happiness. Even after extended periods of bodily & mental stimulations, a human still looks for new excitement. Why? Because the inherent needs of the soul were overlooked. Very few people in the world understand this concept. The needs of the body are different. The needs of the mind are different. The needs of intelligence are different. All these different needs are not satisfied by social and medicinal solutions. The origins of these needs are different and their satiation is different.
